Parma Lowland Tasting Tour

According to your location, you will reach the area of Parma approximately at 8.30AM. you will meet Daniela, our local guide and direct descendent of the family that produced the first Culatello di Zibello.

In fact, the first tour is set at a Parmigiano Reggiano producer and operations run early AM only. After the tour at the Parmigiano production, you will be driven to see one of the Castles in the area of lowland Parma. A lunch stop will be organized afterwards where an educational introduction tour of this amazing site will be organized before lunch. In fact this is not just a restaurant but it is the place where Culatello di Zibello was born many years ago. A Culatello di Zibello based tasting lunch will be served right after.
