1) Design & setting selection We define the ideal location and format (balloon flight, show, or both) based on your dates, travel style, and the atmosphere you want to create.
2) Private hot air balloon experience A private flight designed around your group, with the possibility to arrange a personalized take-off near your residence and smooth logistics throughout.
3) Medieval Flag Show spectacle A powerful, immersive show featuring coordinated performances by flag bearers, musicians, and dancers—ideal for private celebrations, corporate dinners, and exclusive events.
4) Seamless coordination & premium logistics Luxury service and dedicated support bring everything together (from timing to transportation) so the experience flows naturally from start to finish.
• 30% deposit is due at confirmation time.
• 70% balance is due two months prior to arrival.
• All payments are non refundable at payment time.
• After deposit has been paid and before balance is due, we can move dates of the service at just 5% administration fee.
• All credit card payments require a 5% convenience fee. Payments can be also made by bank wire.
• Flights are not included in the proposal, but we can book them upon client’s request.
• Inclusions are shown in the “Inclusions” section; any optional and/or upgrades are to be quoted separately upon request.
