The Maremma was home to the Etruscans, ancestors of whom Tuscans are very proud. During the tour we’ll visit the area of Cosa, the ruins of a city which was once an important Roman port, was also an Etruscan stronghold, a history shown in its Etruscan walls.

Especially notable is its “tagliata”, deep channel, next to the port. Furthermore, we’ll stop in Talamone, a quaint fishing village on the coast (in summer, bring a bathing suit), where we can stop for a mouth watering seafood meal.
From here, we head back to the town where the tour originated.
